The Makueni County Tree Planting Project is an initiative dedicated to restoring the natural environment, enhancing biodiversity, and mitigating climate change through large-scale tree planting efforts across the region. Our mission is to plant 20,000 of native trees in key areas of the county to revitalize local ecosystems, improve air quality, and provide sustainable habitats for wildlife.

This project aims to engage local communities, schools, businesses, and volunteers in tree planting activities, fostering environmental stewardship and a shared sense of responsibility for the county’s natural heritage.
